Death By Prescription

According to a recent study by John Hopkins, more than 250,000 people die every year due to drug interactions. This makes it the 3rd leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer. Adverse reaction to drugs cause over 1.5 million hospitalizations in the US every year.

The saddest part of these statistics is that the majority of these hospitalizations and deaths could have been prevented.
